From the moment I contacted you to the final delivery of the ring, the entire bespoke process was faultless. Sitting down and meeting you for the first time, you welcomed my husband and I so warmly in to your home which set the tone for the rest of our ring making journey. Conversations flowed easily, and no request was ever too hard or too much. My absolute favourite part was picking out the center stone and I loved so much the plethora of options you provided. The final result was an impeccable ring that is so loved and the perfect way to commemorate a milestone anniversary. There isn’t a day that goes by that it isn’t lovingly adored on my right hand and I could not have asked for more.

I was directed towards Nicole’s work by a friend who had an engagement ring designed by her. I was taken with the intricacy of the piece and knew I wanted something similar for my wife’s ring. I had an unusually sized older gemstone to work with which had run in my wife’s family, so the brief was tricky, but Nicole did an amazing job coming up with a ring that is singularly unique and did justice to the beautiful gemstone. She designed a ring around my (admittedly clumsy) direction and came up with a result not just my wife and I are happy with, but her whole family are taken by.

After Michael proposed with some loose diamonds and some hand-sketched designs by Nicole, we met with her to fine-tune the design. Not knowing a lot about fine jewellery, Nicole was patient and friendly in explaining different elements and made us both feel very comfortable and excited about the process – as we should be! Working with Nicole to design my engagement ring was a true delight, She has such a warm welcoming nature and I knew when we spoke for the first time that she understood my personal style and that we would be able to work together to design something beautiful.
This being the digital age, I found Nicole by searching Instagram for the hashtag art deco. And because Nicole is based in Sydney and I in Kalgoorlie WA, we only ever spoke over the phone, via txt message and email throughout the design process. We also utilised Pinterest boards for inspiration, which I think helped Nicole get to know what I was looking for.
It is so special to me to have something completely one of a kind. I’m so proud of it and whenever I look at it, I don’t just see the love I share with Norm but I also see how hard we have worked together – to be in a position now to enjoy such a beautiful thing.
